Ideal for casual or inexperienced paddlers, including families with children, this tour offers a memorable adventure. Kayakers launch from the Middle Beach Shiras Pool Drainage Basin and circumnavigate Presque Isle, turning back at the lighthouse/breakwall. Along the way, you’ll take in the breathtaking Black Rocks area and the cliff line and sea caves on the eastern side of this historic isle.

Expect delightful shoreline surprises and a stunning view of Marquette Mountain at the turnaround point.
