Refund & Transfer Policy for Lift Tickets
Changing Your Ticket Date
To ensure consistent mountain operations and capacity management, all Marquette Mountain lift tickets are “date-specific,” non-transferable, and non-refundable.
We understand that plans can change. If you are unable to use your ticket on the scheduled date, we can move unused tickets to a future date within the current season, provided you have proof of purchase.
How to Request a Change:
- Deadline: You must contact us by 3:00 pm Eastern Time on the day before your ticket’s scheduled start date.
- Phone: Call Guest Services at (906) 225-1155.
- Requirement: Please have your order confirmation or proof of purchase ready when you call.
Important Policy Details
- Non-Transferable: Lift tickets cannot be sold or given to another individual.
- No-Shows: Tickets not used or rescheduled by the 3:00 pm deadline are forfeited and cannot be credited toward future dates.
- Weather: Please note that Marquette Mountain does not offer refunds due to weather or snow conditions.
