Ideal for casual or inexperienced paddlers, including families with children. Kayakers launch from (and return to) the Middle Beach Shiras Pool Drainage Basin and circumnavigate Presque Isle (turning back at the lighthouse/breakwall), while taking in the scenic Black Rocks area and cliff line on the eastern side of the historic isle.

You’ll find shoreline surprises and will be able to view Marquette Mountain at the turn around point.

The tour leaves from Marquette Mountain Resort via our shuttle van. Guests must check in at the Mountain Shop at the listed time on our reservation page.
