Celebrating Ski Racing and Community

We’re thrilled to have our Adult Ski Race League featured in The North Wind! The article highlights the camaraderie and competition that make Thursdays at Marquette Mountain so special.

Every Thursday at 6:30 p.m., skiers of all ages and backgrounds come together to race, connect, and share their love for the slopes. From college students to local business owners, the league brings our community closer while offering a fun and competitive outlet.

As racer Kate Cudney shared, “It brings a lot of people together who might not otherwise connect.” For participants like Brandon Croney, a 24-year veteran, the league is about more than racing: “It’s the night of the week we are most excited about… it’s great for community morale.”
